- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 a lemon, sliced (save the end to squeeze more juice if desired)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (can substitute garlic powder)
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup raw yellow onion, chopped

Here is how you make Easy Baked Tilapia:

1) Preheat oven to 350 F.2) Place fish in a baking dish and coat with the olive oil.3) If you like garlic (like I do), mix the minced garlic and chopped onion and place on top of the fish. If you aren't too crazy about garlic, you can rub the fresh garlic into the fish and then top with the onions.4) Sprinkle fish with the cayenne paper.
