Flour Olive oil no stick spray How Do I Make Baked Game Fish?Here is how you make Baked Game Fish: After washing the fish well in cold water set aside. In a bowl mix sprite, lemon juice, garlic powder, onoin powder, celery salt, rose mary, dill weed, thyme, & lemon pepper with a whisk until all are mixed well. Place fish into mixture making sure to weight the fish so it is completly in the marinate. Marinate for at least 1 hour. In a shallow bowl mix 1/2 of the flour and 1/2 of the Andy's mix. With a fork mix well. Set aside remaining Andy's and flour. Spray cookie sheet VERY WELL with non stick olive oil spray. Taking each piece of fish one at a time directly from marinate to Andy's mixture and dredge fish very well. Place on baking sheet. Continue until all fish is dredged and on baking sheet.
