Here is how you make Quick-Baked Fish:

Preheat oven to 500? to 600?. It's important that the oven is HOT!Cut fish into 5 serving sized pieces.Mix the milk and lemon juice. this will slightly curdle the milk, but that's OK.Dip the fish into the milk mixture, then roll in bread crumbs until well covered.Place on a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed lightly with Pam.Lightly spray each serving with Pam.Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.DO NOT add water or extra oil. Do Not turn over.When done, fish should be brown and dry outside.
