This is a recipe I adapted from another recipe on SP (Shaken' Bake Scallops). I couldn't find the Garlic & Herb Shake-N-Bake, so I used Old Bay Garlic & Herb seasoning. You can adjust the amount of Old Bay seasoning according to how spicy you would like this to be.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Spray baking sheet with PAM.Place Shake-N-Bake & Old Bay seasoning in bag, then add scallops.Coat scallops & place on baking sheet.Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.I served this with Jasmine rice.
