Here is how you make Baked Salmon Loaf:

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 9x5" loaf pan (or grease). Combine bread crumbs, milk and water from canned salmon in a bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Flaked salmon, Beat egg yolk lightly. Add salmon, egg yolk, celery, onion and black pepper to bread crumb mixture. Stir gently.Beat egg white until foamy, stir into salmn mixture. Turn into loaf pan, bake for 1 hr.
