How Do I Make Sarah's Baked Salmon?

Here is how you make Sarah's Baked Salmon:

Thaw your salmon if using frozen.In a bowl, mix the mustard, mayo and horse raddish. Distribute over the top of the salmon. Pour panko bread crumbs on top of the sauces. Add ground pepper for added taste. Place a piece of foil on a cookie sheet and spray PAM on the foil. Place salmon on cookie sheet and in the oven at 350 F for 15-20 minutes.
