Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onion & cook till soft. Stir in garlic, red pepper flakes & tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Cook until slightly thickened. Stir in half the lemon zest & dill. Place shrimp in the sauce in one layer. Sprinkle on Feta cheese evenly. Place in oven & bake for 15-20 minutes at 375F.
