Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup
Dill weed, dried, .5 tsp
Salt, .5 tsp
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
Lemon juice, .5 tbsp


How Do I Make Baked, Stuffed Fish?

Here is how you make Baked, Stuffed Fish:

Saute onion in oil until tender. Turn off heat and add all other ingredients ending with the lemon juice (except fish). Spray 9 by 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Create the bottom layer with half the fish. Sprinkle half the filling on top of fish. Place the remaing fish on the filling. Garnish with the remaining half of the filling.
