Preheat oven to 400. Put sliced onion and mushroom In a small baking dish. Place 2 slices of tilapia (or any other mild, white fish) on top of the onion & mushroom. Season each side of the tilapia with a sprinkling of onion powder, garlic powder, basil and black pepper. Place a slice of ripe tomato on each piece of fish. Season tomato with just a dash of salt.
