Here is how you make Balsamic White Wine Flounder:

Peel "leaves" of fresh garlic. Slice thinly. On low flame, Heat butter gently in pot on stove. Increase flame slightly. Add two 1/2 pound flounder fillets. Cook well on both sides. (about 5-8 minutes). Lower flame and add white wine. Simmer until wine nearly evaporates. Viola! Delicious, wine soaked flounder. This works well with any fish.Place on dish.
