Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.Mix first 7 ingredients in medium bowl.Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Stir in dates.Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add banana mixture to well and stir until just blended. Batter will be lumpy.Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
