In 4-qt saucepan bring 2 quarts water to boil, add green beans and salt, cook 1 min; drain and set aside.2. In small bowl combine broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, splenda and wondra; stir well to blend. Set aside.3. Heat wok or 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; swirl in oil. Add ginger, garlic, red pepper and scallion whites; cook and stire 15-20 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
