Here is how you make Purple Green Bean Stir Fry:

Break off ends of the purple green beans, and break in half. Chop the rest of the veggies pretty big/oversized so that they don't overcook while you're waiting for the green beans to finish.Heat some sesame and grapeseed oil in a wok. Add the crushed and diced garlic cloves, and sliced green onion. Stir & shake. Add the rest of the veggies and cook until the purple beans turn green and are tender. Add Ponzu sauce to taste.Prep shrimp by defrosting and sprinkling liberally with Chinese 5 Spice. Remove veggies from the wok. Heat more sesame and grapeseed oil. Let it get hot, add shrimp and cook until just heated (since they're pre-cooked, do not overcook). Add minced, dried garlic. Toss cooked veggies back in the wok right before serving.
