Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.Stir together dry ingredients, stir in eggs and half of beer until batter starts to clump, then stir in remaining beer. Dough will be very wet. Wet hands and form dough into 16" long, 4" wide loaf on baking sheet. Top with a sprinkling of gluten-free oats (optional, but looks nice). Bake 40 minutes.
