How Do I Make Spicy Shrimp Concoction w/ Pita Bread and a Side of Fruit?

Here is how you make Spicy Shrimp Concoction w/ Pita Bread and a Side of Fruit:

1. I like to prepare the fruit bowl first; slice the 6 strawberries then add them to a bowl with 15 grapes, 10 raspberries, and 1/4 cup blueberries. Add Splenda if you wish and put fruit in fridge for the time being.3. In a medium size bowl, add fat free cream cheese, 1/4 cup of Rotel, and 1/2 cup celery. 3. Weigh 3oz of shrimp and thaw in warm water, remove tail and chop into small pieces.4. Chop 1/4 cup of onions and 1 carrot stick; add ingredients into a small pan with the shrimp.5. I use Pam spray butter; use all over shrimp, carrots, and onions. Let cook while stirring. I add curry powder, cajun spice, and Mrs. Dash (I like mine really spicy so use to your liking). Add additional Pam as needed.6. After shrimp & veggies are done cooking, add them to bowl of cream cheese, rotel, & celery.7. Stir all ingredients aggressively so the cream cheese is mixed in with everything.8. Scoop stirred ingredients into 2 pita bread pockets.9. Get fruit out of fridge and enjoy a filling meal for lunch or dinner :)Serving Size: Makes 2 Pita PocketsNumber of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JEANBEAN420.
