What Are The Ingredients For Broiled Bluefish Recipe?The ingredients for Broiled Bluefish are: 1-1/4 lb bluefish fillet1-1/2 whole lemons, sliced thin Juice the remaining 1/2 lemon or save for later use 1 large onion, sliced into rings How Do I Make Broiled Bluefish?Here is how you make Broiled Bluefish: Night before: Put bluefish fillet in tupperware type container and cover with milk. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight to soak up to 24 hours. Next evening: Remove bluefish fillet from milk and discard milk. Rinse bluefish with water and pat dry. Place half the lemon slices and half the onion slices on a broiler pan. Top with bluefish fillet. Top with the remaining lemon slices and onion slices and a sprinkle of sea salt. Pour juice of one-half lemon over all if desired.But under broiler (but not to close to flame) for approx 10 minutes then flip over and let cook for another 10 -15 minutes.
