How Do I Make Cannelloni?

Here is how you make Cannelloni:

Mix together cottage cheese, pesto sauce and egg. Use spoon to fill cannelloni noodles with mixture until run out of mixture. Place in a single layer in a large baking dish (I usually use a 9x13 pyrex pan). Pour jar of pasta sauce (or homemade if you have more time) on top of noodles. Cover with grated mozzarella (optional if you want to save some calories). Bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered.
