Oven 350. Cook the egg noodles as directed. Spray Pam a 9 X 13 a baking dish.Put the half bread slice in a food processor and reduce to bread crumbs.Melt butter, add onions, mushrooms and red peppers. Do not brown the onions.Add the flour, cook for about 1 minute.Add the milk, cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the cheese, cook for another 2 minutes to melt.Add the frozen veggies, tuna and cooked egg noodles. I even added the tuna juice from the can. You can add a dash each of garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt and pepper and smoked paprika. (I did).Put mixture in prepared dish, put the bread crumbs on top.
