Drain, add to a greased (PAM) casserole dish. Drain the tuna and add to noodles. Add the brocolli, cheese, mushroom soup, rotel and milk. Stir to mix well. Season to taste with taco seasoning / chili powder. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. top with crumbled taco shells and bake 10 more minutes.
