Preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix softened cream cheese, 3/4 c chedar cheese abd 1c of chopped green onions into a mixng bowl . mix with mixer until well blended. Warm flour torilla in microwave ( this just helps with the tortilla not cracking when rolling)One a warm tortilla spoon 3 TBSP of cream cheese mixture into tortilla. roll and place seem side down in a 8*10 baking dish. (you probably should spray with a nonstick cooking spray).Pour taco sauce over tortilla shells. Top with remaining cheese and green onions.
