The ingredients for Pam's Corn Salmon Chowder are:

1c of chopped onions and celery
1/2 c sliced carrots
4 oz. of smoked salmon (or leftover salmon)
3 cans of diced potatoes
2.5 c of frozen corn
2 cups of Fat Free evaporated milk
5 cups of Skim milk
1 c of instant potatoes (for thickening)


How Do I Make Pam's Corn Salmon Chowder?

Here is how you make Pam's Corn Salmon Chowder:

Over medium heat, sautee' onions and celery in a soup pot sprayed with cooking spray. Add your carrots, crumbled up salmon, potatoes and corn. Now gradually add your evaporated milk. Simmer for about 5 min. The mixture should start thickening. Mix in your milk. Stir til well blended. Now GRADUALLY add instant potatoes until you reach the desired thickness.
