Here is how you make Creamy Parmesan Topping for Tilapia:

Place oven on broil-high. Prep pan by lining with foil (it makes it an easy clean-up). Take 2-4oz serving of tilapia (not included in recipe incase you want to use different type of fish) and salt both sides. Combined all remaining ingredients and set aside. Place fish in oven on center rack for 2-3 min and flip for 2-3 more mins. Then take out move rack about 2 inches away from top and put parmesan mixture over top of fish.
