Here is how you make Lemony Dill Trout:

Heat oven to 325 F. Line a glass 3x 13 pan with foil, leaving a generous overhang. Place the fillets skin side down in the pan. Season with salt, pepper and old bay. Place the dill on the fish. Put two slices of lemon on each fish. Divide the pats of butter into 8 equal pieces and put one piece on each lemon slice. Drizzle the olive oil and wine over the fish.
