Wash, pat dry and arrange your favorite fish fillets in a casserole dish. In a separate bowl combine 1 can of Rotel tomatoes and 1 can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup. Add 1 can of water. Mix ingredients. Pour mixture onto fish. Cover caserole dish with aluminum foil and puncture once or twice. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve over optional rice.
