Here is how you make Egg Foo Yung Sandwich:

In a small bowl, whisk together egg, salt and pepper. Whisk together the soy sauce with corn starch on a small bowl. Heat a small bit of oil in skillet and saute the vegetables over mediuim heat til cooked through. Set aside to cool. When cool, combine the cooked vegetables, soy sauce mixture, sesame oil, and chicken or shrimp to the beaten egg. Mix well. Heat a bit of oil in skillet then pour mixture into pan.
