Here is how you make Crawfish Fettuccine:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter and oil in skillet. Saute chopped onion. Add flour, stir well. Add crawfish tails, saute until cooked. Add in half & half and 3 oz. (about 3/4 cup) shredded cheddar and brie. Season with seafood magic seasoning. Simmer sauce and allow to reduce. Combine pasta and crawfish cheese sauce in a 13x9 baking dish.
