How Do I Make Frittata?

Here is how you make Frittata:

Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the onion and cook until soft. Add the potatoes and cook until lightly brown. Add the zucchini and cook until almost soft. In the meantime, beat the eggs with the Egg Beaters. Add the salt, pepper, cheese and blend well. Pour the egg mixture on the veggies and cover. Cook until bottom is light-brown and top is no longer liquid. Flip around and cook until lightly brown on the bottom.
