How Do I Make Jambalaya O?

Here is how you make Jambalaya O:

Cook chicken and sausage. Wash and chop the onion, bell pepper, and jalapenos. Thaw okra and shrimp if necessary. Put Zatarans in large pot with the rest of the ingrediants. Stir. Heat on Med-Med High until water is boiling, stirring occasionally to mix. After boiling, reduce heat and let simmer covered for 25-30 minutes or until water is mostly gone.
