Here is how you make Ken's Jambalaya:

Heat oil in fry pan on medium. Add onion, celery and sausage, cook until lightly browed (about 5 minutes). Add garlice to pan and cook for 1 minute. Sire in rice, then all except the chicken and shrimp. Bring to a simmer, then turn to low. Cover and cook 17 minutes, stirring occasionally.
