The ingredients for Quick Jambalaya are:

1 cup rice, cooked
1 oz salad shrimp
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 cup red onion, diced
2 small carrots, diced
2 small celery stalks, diced
1/4 cup tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
hot sauce to taste
2 tsp margarine
1 tsp oil


How Do I Make Quick Jambalaya?

Here is how you make Quick Jambalaya:

Melt the margarine in a skillet with the oil. Add the onions, celery, bell pepper and carrots. Cook over medium heat until carrots are just soft. Add the salad shrimp, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Add just enough water to create a boiling liquid. Let simmer for about 2mins. Turn off heat and add rice.
