Preheat oven to 375F. Drizzle two tablespoons e.v.o.o. and 1/4 cup lemon juice and spread around in a 2" deep 11" by 9" baking pan. Place fillets in to fit. On top of each fillet, place 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1/2 tbsp dry dill weed, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 2 dashes of salt, and two dashes of black pepper. Cover with aluminum foil.
