Here is how you make Macaroni and tomatos:

In a pot of boiling water, cook elblow pasta.While pasta is cooking, chop up about 4 medium tomatos (should yeild about 2 cups); the garlic clove and 1 large onion (should yeild just under a cup).On a med-high heat a large skillet with 2 tbsp of Smart Balance Butter, until the butter is melted. Once the butter is melted, add the onions. Cook onions until they start to get translucent; then add the chopped tomatos. Once the chopped tomatos start to breakdown (about 4-5 minutes) , add the tomato sauce, garlic and basil . Cook for another 4-5 minutes, until there is a simmer. Drain pasta and return to the pot.
