Here is how you make Carrot and Mushroom Loaf:

Chop onion and garlic and fry in oil till onion is soft. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook till softened. Transfer onions and mushrooms to a bowl and add other ingredients reserving a few oats ond some cheese. Mix well and put in a loaf tin. Sprinkle with remaining oats and cheese.
