This was a recipe that I found on one of the threads here. I tried it this morning and it's WONDERFUL. The pancakes are really heavy so you only need one and very moist too. I really enjoyed this!!!

The ingredients for Honey Oatmeal Pancakes are:

1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp. Brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg


How Do I Make Honey Oatmeal Pancakes?

Here is how you make Honey Oatmeal Pancakes:

Mix first four ingredients in large small bowl. Warm the milk slightly in the microwave. In a large bowl mix oats and milk, let stand 10 minutes. When oats have soaked mix in eggs butter, honey cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir well. Mix in dry ingredients. Fry in non-stick skillet over medium heat. The batter is very thick and you will have to spread it with a spatula or knife also they are kind of tricky to turn because they are so soft. They are really worth it though!!!
