Once you get a rolling boil add in whole wheat pasta. (Whole Wheat pasta takes a few more minutes to cook)Hit a large non stick skillit with a spray of no calorie olive oil. Add Shallots, cook until slightly soft, add in zuchinni and fish. Saute lightly till fish is almost fully cooked (about 4 minutes) Add Cherry tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are about to pop. Turn down heat and pour in a splash of dry white wine and deglaze the pan.Drain pasta, and add pasta into the skillet and mix all together.
