Cook pasta until al dente. In skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil, saute garlic and onion until tender. Add poppy seeds, cook for 1 min. Add flour to brown. Pour in wine. Simmer to reduce. add 1/2 cup chicken broth, bring to simmer. Add flaked canned salmon to pan, simmer until sauce slightly thickens. Toss pasta with sauce and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
