1 lb. shrimp
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Splash white wine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup mushrooms
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
8 oz cooked pasta
1/2 cup feta cheese


How Do I Make Shrimp and Feta Pasta?

Here is how you make Shrimp and Feta Pasta:

Saute two cloves of garlic in 1 tbsp of oil. Add shrimp and white wine and saute until shrimp are pink (~5 min.) Remove shrimp from pan with slotted spoon.Add onions and additional two cloves garlic to pan and saute until onions are translucent. (Be careful not to burn the garlic.) Add mushrooms and stir well. Add tomatoes and herbs and cook 5 min. Add shrimp and cook for another 5 min, or until warm.
