1 cup chopped green bell peppers
1 cup chopped onion ( white or yellow)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of dried basil
1 tbsp of olive oil

preheat oven to 350. Place fish in a non-stick baking dish and set aside. Heat olive oil in sautee pan on medium heat. Add onions and peppers and sautee untill soft. Drain juice from tomatoes and add to pan. Add salt and basil and continue heating until tomatoes are warm. Pour mixture over fish and bake for 20 minutes or until fish is flakey.
