Here is how you make Healthy Little Pita Pizzas:

Lay pitas on baking sheet. Mix tomato sauce and tomato paste in a bowl until well combined. Add a clove of fresh garlic and some italian spices if desired. Spread sauce evenly over four pitas. Sprinkle one ounce of mozzarella on each sauced bread. Lay four slices each of onion and tomato over cheese. Sprinkle 2 T. grated parmesan over vegetables. Bake in 400 degree oven for 18 minutes.
