1 can kidney beans

Here is how you make Quick Red Beans and Rice:

In skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add rice and cook until lightly browned, stirring constantly.Stir in broth, water, salsa and taco seasoning. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Add beans and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until rice is done. You can serve this with sour cream and olives.
