Here is how you make Omurice (Omelette Rice):

Heat up wok and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. When oil is hot, stir fry onions until slightly transparent, then stir in bell peppers and 1 tsp of salt. Stir fry until most of the water has evaporated, then add the cooked rice and tomato sauce. Stir fry rice until completely mixed with vegetables (it may be necessary to add a bit more oil at this point if rice is sticky).Set aside.In another bowl, whisk egg, egg white, and 1 tsp salt together.
