2Tsp Turmeric, ground
16oz Haddock (any white fish)
1 Soup, bouillon cubes low sodium, (shrimp or
veggie)
3 pats butter unsalted
1pk Alfredo sauce dry mix
1c Mootopia 2% reduced fat
1tsp Ralph's venison deer seasoning.

Here is how you make ALFREDO FISH and SHRIMP OVER BROWN RICE:

In 4 cups water cook brown rice until soft.About 45 minutes. Peel and wash shrimp. When rice is soft toss in Shrimp. (chop is using large shrimp) cook 5 more minutes. Drain rice and shrimp into colander wash with running hot water.Drain. Pour rice and shrimp back in pot. Mix in onion, garlic, turmeric stir to blend well. Spray a square oven proof glass or metal pan. Spread rice and shrimp mixture evenly across bottom of pan . Wash fish and cut into 6 pieces. Pat dry, sprinkle both sides of fish with venison seasoning. Lay fish on top of rice evenly. Back uncovered in oven 25 minutes 400*. In a small pan mix the Alfredo sauce with 1 cup milk and 3 pats of butter. Cook in over medium heat until starts to thicken. Pour evenly over tops of fish.
