8oz shrimp
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs cajun seasoning
.5 tsp lime juice
1 tbs minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1tbs mrs dash chipotle seasoning(optional)
1 cup minute brown rice
1 can rotel
1 cup chicken broth or water
salt and pepper to taste


How Do I Make Cajun Shrimp with Spicy Brown Rice?

Here is how you make Cajun Shrimp with Spicy Brown Rice:

Place Mix olive oil, garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, mrs dash, and lime juice in a bowl. Add shrimp and mix. Let this sit for fifteen to 20 min to marinade. In the meantime put rotel, chicken broth in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and add rice. Let cook for 5 min or until rice is cooked through. Place grill pan or skillet on burner and let preheat. Place shrimp on pre-soaked wooded skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
