Here is how you make Mahi Mahi and Roasted Veggies In a Bag!:

Preheat your oven to 400. Wash and slice all your veggies and garlic! Take a long (you will make a "Bag" for all ingredients piece of parchment paper or tin foil and place the Squash, Asparagus, onion and garlic in the foil then add your fish on top of the veggies! Drizzle 1tbls olive oil over fish and veggies, sprinkle salt and pepper over everything top the fish with the lemon slices! Make your "bag" making sure there are no hole in the edge to keep in the steam! Place bag on a cookie sheets and bake for 20 mins! Be careful of the steam when you open the bag!
