Here is how you make Rotini Al Forno:

Cook pastaCut pepper and onion into strips. Thinly slice garlic. Saute veggies in sautee pan sprayed with cooking spray. Add spaghetti sauce and cook through. (I also added a splash of wine for flavor). When pasta is cooked (slightly under done) add to sauce and stir in the cottage cheese. Put mix into a pie pan or cake pan.
