ok... My girlfriend and I were living in the dorm umm.. well don't wish to confess how long ago and found this recipe on the back of mac & Cheese box. We made it.. and we ate it... it became our addiction. She still makes it for her kids and I still make it as well. It has become a favorite for both of us.I usually add another can of tuna and a small jar of chopped pimientos. I make the mac & cheese dinner with skim milk and only 2 Tbsp of margarine and have calculated the nutritional info based on this.Serve with cantelope and sliced tomatoes on the side.
