This is a summer favorite for me. Cool and light with a little sweetness. I will usually eat in a pita or in a soft hotdog roll. Or even eat half a serving with crackers as a snack, I use imitation meat because crab is so expensive but you can use either or even Lobster. YUM!!!!

Here is how you make Crab Salad:

Cut Crab Flavored Seafood into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.Add Mayo, Relish, Cucumber, Dill, Everglades Seasoning, and Garlic Powder and mix well* If you like lemon - I have been told a little Lemon juice added is good and will take away some of the sweetness if you prefer.
