Combine the two. Place onion in small bowl and add 2 T. of warm water to re-hydrated. While onion is re-hydrating, place frozen peas in a microwave safe bowl with 1/3 cup of water. Cover. Microwave for 3 minutes. Rinse peas in cold water and add to pasta and tuna mixture. Add the shredded cheese.
