Here is how you make Tilapia and Quinoa Salad:

Prepare Quinoa in 2 c water or stock (stock will alter calories and sodium content). Quinoa is typically prepared by rinsing well under cold water. Bringing 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the quinoa, cover, and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until water has evaporated and quinoa is soft. Usually about 15 minutes. Spray a large non stick skillet with pam. Heat on medium high heat. Pat fish dry and season with salt and pepper and paprika. Cook fillets until opaque throughout, about 4 minutes per side depending on thickness and heat level.
