Here is how you make Tina's Tuna Salad:

Drain canned tuna and dump in a bowl, add a scoop of mayo and dashes of salt and pepper. Add peas, carrots, celery, hard-boiled egg, and cilantro. Omit egg to lower cholesterol. I also sometimes add freshly diced jalapeno for spice and extra vitamins. Stir well or until ingredients are combined.
